Yeah I buy cider vinegar with mother in, youve just reminded me i need to get another :) i'll try betaine, i hadnt heard of that. I try to eat a fresh veg diet but I like to drink & eat rich food. its a bummer that article hits the nail on the head straightaway. I soar when I have a low carb diet, really happy. active, productive. And yoghurt has always been my breakfast of choice due to it not returning later to attack me. Nice one, thanks

i get really really really bad heartburn/reflux/acid etc. part of the problem is that i just think its normal for me to be in agony all night after eating something too acidic. yay I just woke myself up crying lazaprazole works, also milk of magnesia, rennies, gaviscone etc but sometimes I dont have or I forget (or have eaten them all). I have been known to eat a tablespoon of bicarb just to neutralise the acid. yay aya if you kid suffers with this, get it sorted by a doctor asap because I thought it was normal until let loose into the world in my 20s & living with gfs who told me it isnt normal to cry half the night in your sleep. its really painful

Exactly how I feel. it doesnt bring anything new to the table (for me) it just comes across as a few supernatural computer game tropes thrown together into a series. like seriously as if the writers havent read any horror, just played horror games on a playstation & liked how popular the goonies was

I know what you mean - I wanted to paint my entire house when I owned it in a really abstract manner but keeping it real, just highlighting bits & shading bits here & there, enhancing the space in a nice way... Im renting now but got so much art I need to put up.. Need to get on this - I wish I had more DIY in my bones I wouldnt be so bothered about just hacking into things edit* thats spurred me on, going to get all my tools & put up some artworks asap Get on it! Interiors and feng shui, etc., super fucking important. It's one reason why I checkout studio setup threads and battlestations on Reddit. Even looking at pics of nice interiors feels good. I spent 6 hours cleaning my room the other week, and it still looks like a homeless setup under a bridge. I did put away most of my electronics, though, but due to the sheer amount of components, I realized I could very well be part mentally retarded. FENGSHUI4LIFE FENGSHUI4LIFE well I went came back with loads of stuff & im going to fix up the old valve amp & speakers today. I have to just let go the fact ive lost the needle (its an expensive needle, fwp). Found the detector thingy so I wont electrocute myself, need to get some rawl plugs the right size, got a spirit level

I think I fell for a good one, but we're on different continents now. On the first world achievements and successes side of things, she is visiting in a month or so. But then more probably I have the opposite problem. She's a close friend and I see her all the time. Ouch. those are all stingers

i'll help it move down buddy i messed it right up with a lovely lady the other month by being too respectful of her situation (just left boyfriend) and later she tells me she wanted spontaneity (after telling me she didnt want anything like that) so I kissed her and she said it was too much out of the blue.

i just started to guess what was going to happen after the first few eps.. the only thing i didnt guess was the way the last ep happened. it was all just so netflix. My friends loved it though, but they dont read much horror
