  1. Probably sitting on 50 copies of new old stock, carefully eyeing the online prices. The new artwork is absolute shit, btw.
  2. LOL, exactly my impression of it. ? 3/4 through the sixth episode I suddenly realized "Oh, they're wrapping it up, now!?!?!". Thought there were gonna be 12 episodes or whatever.
  3. A couple more: Gorguts (Obscura), Cyriak, Refik Anadol
  4. It's all still archived on their Twitch profile, btw, with the chat and the questions included. https://twitch.tv/4utechre
  5. The ice cream truck drove by and he didn't blink.
  6. It's the b/w, right to left version with the original Japanese sound effects.
  7. ^ Good points about the editing, but the running weirdness was down to her actual running. Seen it in most kids before a certain age, it's as if they don't use their knees or something. Looks very inefficient. And very funny. ?
  8. My expectations are back to zero after Boba Fett.
  9. Aphex Twin / Hockeysmith - Subfloot (Acid Trip Mix) at 1 hour 4 minutes 20 seconds:
  10. Oh no... RIP Fletch. Among my all time faves, saw them on the Music for the Masses tour when I was 13.
  11. Dig the record, immediate reaction is it's the best album from J+T in 20 years. Caught them live, too, it was loose and fun. Played for 85 minutes., think they did the whole album plus a cover and a couple of newly written tracks. Cool to see them in a relatively small club.
  12. Twitter seems abuzz. Edit: Poor search skills on my part.
  13. What utter crap. The "No Politics" stance is the most fundamentally political position you can take.
  14. The problem I had on the Tracker was this: when sequencing external MIDI gear from the Tracker along with the internal sampler, the MIDI sounds happened ~25 ms ahead of the internal sounds. Tuning the MIDI clock delay setting had no effect, which would be expected, as MIDI clock wasn't part of the equation. This was on the latest version back in March, and it hasn't been fixed yet. https://github.com/polyend/TrackerBetaTesting/issues/570 I read on Elektronauts the other day that Polyend have admitted openly to the Tracker having unfixable problems due to the limited CPU or whatever. Take it with a grain of salt, might be BS.
  15. Isn't this a bit of a contradiction? I've always thought that the colourisation from vintage gear has partly to do with limited bandwidth and dynamics. Like how tubes and tape seem to shave off some top end, some low end and some transients.
  16. The track in the exhibition is here at around 4:45:
