  1. What kind of Movies do you like? What is your All-time favourite Movie/Director? Are you inspired by any Movies?
  2. I advice you guys to watch the 2008 extended Cut (Fanedit made by ADigitalMan) of this beautiful Movie. For me, and I really love this Movie and saw it many, many times in all of its Versions, it's the definite Cut.
  3. I hate this Show, but I'll keep watching it, in lack of alternatives. And to be honest, Kirkman, stop the Book already!
  4. Cowon and Sansa make both really good Players. I own an S9 and a Clip+. Fiio has an Player now called X3, it plays Files up to 192k/24bit.
  5. pretty much agree with this. i expected more from this movie because raimi, campbell and tapert produced it (those who were in charge for the original series). this time they really wanted to cash in with it, whereas the original movie was filmed by some guys who really loved what they were doing. they had like pretty much no budget, that's because they had to use "fake shemps" in the end, because they went back a year later to complete the movie, that's why they used other persons as the deadites later. most of the original crew left after weeks and they had to finish it with friends. that's why you often see them only from behind later in the movie. make sure you watch the remake until after the credits for an easter egg.
  6. today i finally managed to take some Pics of my homemade Burger. Made it from fresh grinded Beef from my local Butcher i had left, because earlier today I made a nice Sauce Bolognese. So I made a nice Patty, only seasoned it with Seasalt and put it in the Pan. Before the last turning of the Patty I put some BBQ-Sauce on it and shortly fried the side with the Sauce on it. The I put some aged Gouda on Top and put the Patty to Rest in Tin Foil. In the Meantime I fried a nice red Onion chopped in Rings. I put some of them on the Bottom of my Bun and put some Sriracha on it. Then the Patty on Top of the Sriracha-Red Onion Mix. The Rest of the Onion on Top of the Patty, some BBQ Sauce on it and then a fried Egg to top that. (the black Stuff is from the burnt BBQ Sauce) and then halfway through: Best Burger I had this Year! (sorry for the crappy Phone Pics, I had no Photolight, because I'm using Cyanogenmod 10.1 )
  7. ATLiens is in my All-Time Top 5! Their Albums are all Classics until the Idlewild thingy. Don't care much about them nowadays...
  8. Ka - The Night's Gambit Billy Woods - Dour Candy Preservation - Old Numbers Re-Animator OST (Re-Issue)
  9. Sorry, I'm out of KanYe's World. This is not my "musick".
  10. still no blerp package in the mail. whether the shirt nor the record. it usually takes them a week from the uk to deliver to germany. the fact that i could've get hold of the record 10(!) days ago, makes this pre-ordering from the label direct just ridiculous or in osc's words: ludicrous!
  11. You wouldn't call that a war. The Englishman would drop their atomic bomb on Germany, that's it. Germany has no nuclear weapons.
  12. I'm on a point in my "musical-life" where an album like TH couldn't fit better. I'm really into Horror Movies and Soundtracks since a year, again. I was heavily into horror in my teens like most of us, but this time it's different, i see the aesthetics and art in the movies and music, not just the gore and fx. So as I own the whole Death Waltz Recordings Catalogue and almost all John Carpenter Soundtracks, this new BOC is a very welcome listen and it's getting better and better the more I listen to it. Thanks!
  13. maybe we get some little goodie with our pre-orders. and maybe a early release of the files. apart from that hope, there is no real point in pre-ordering from such established artists whose products will be still in stock in a few months. what was the point with all the deluxe oversteps hype and i still can buy the records?! anyway, what do you think how many they'll press these days on such a release? 5000? (talking 'bout vinyl, needless to say)
  14. okay? i think i only have one or two warped vinyls (yes, vinyls). one of them warped because i left it in the car in summer. still plays fine.
  15. don't get me wrong. if it's pressed right and mastered right i prefer 180g (virgin) vinyl, too. but only if it says "180g audiophile bla, bla, bla" doesn't automatically make it sound good.
  16. that's what "they" want you to believe. in the 60s or 70s records were pressed 140 or 155g, even 120g and they sounded much better than most of the 180g today. fact.
  17. yeah.. but only if the laquer is cut that way. let's just hope they master & press it good and then the "standard 140g" will be just fine. like it was before this audiophile promotional bs.
