Iron Man and GotG are much more interesting, as ideas. With amazing writing anything can be great. I do not think Fox or Sony can produce a script worth a damn for any comic films, especially not The Black Cat or Spider Lady. They should make Spider Ham.

fucking yuck, they keep digging the hole deeper. After the success of Guardians, I hope we see a major court battle for all of the rights to be in the hands of Marvel Studios. Spider Man is ruined, the X men are ruined, they will ruin Fantastic Four again. Sinister Six will be a mess, even with Goddard behind it. He should have stuck with Daredevil. More money or no. Black Cat???? fucking Spider Woman????????????? No one gives a shit. Not even females. With Quicksilver being in the new Avengers film, that should start some litigation work. Although he was the best part of "X Men: Gaze Upon Future Ass", only thing I enjoyed in that piece of shit. JUNKIE XAVIER!?!?!?!!?!?!? Worst story arc in comic film history. Fox plus Sony vs Marvel Studios/Disney, let the fight begin!

The last three eps of The Leftovers have sold me on the show. Too sad for most watchers though. People will abandon its reaching for serious drama due to lack of patience and empathy. I could see this being one season and still completing most of the story.

I saw that a while back after renting it from an actual video store. I was so impressed by it, made me wonder why the rest of the world hasn't seen or heard of the film. I guess the answer lies in the film itself. Aliens, J P Morgan and Thomas Edison being a dick, the Unarians worshiping their leader, all makes for a film that not many people will be into or agree with. I love it though. 8/10 We need a full on Bowie playing Tesla film. TESLA HATED PEACHES

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - 8.5/10 - I really really love this film. The effects work, acting, writing, shooting are all what makes for great film. I felt like I was there with the apes going through what society they had created up until that point. I truly escaped while watching this. The battle sequences were some of the most shocking I have ever seen. It felt like the opening of Saving Private Ryan, very disturbing and brutal. Very intense. I would have given the film a 9 if it weren't for the cheesey opening credits, but that is the only negative critique I have for the film.

With the run he has had after making Fear and Loathing, I think he should definitely not be making the Quixote film or any others. Karma will finally catch up to him and he will die in a sandstorm. Good luck Terry!

the zero theorem - 3/10 - An embarrassment. Could only get through 40 minutes. Good luck everybody that sees this. The film is like a mash up between Dick Tracy and Pi. Some of the worst art direction and set design I have ever seen. No story either. Watching this film made me very sad.......

yeah, it was a chore to watch. I hear Mother is a great film though. And I enjoyed the Host. But so many people claim to have enjoyed it and other pieces of shit this year like the X Men film. I am usually pretty forgiving on genre films, but Snowpiercer made me want to turn it off after about 30 minutes in, and I fought it, oh how I fought it, and it never paid off. Now to watch The Zero Theorem, directed by the man whose style was completely ripped on in Snowp.

man I thought The Leftovers is some of the most boring tv I have seen in a while, well shot and acted but fuck The story is about nothing. So the first ep of Constantine leaked. I am in shock. Looks and feels a bit like Doctor Who but is actually freaky and dark and occult as fuck. The lead is perfect. This pilot is so much better than the film! Which isn't saying much. BUT HOLY SHIT WE HAVE A DECENT HELLBLAZER SHOW!!! AND ON NBC?!?!?!?!?!?!?! The pilot rocks so lets hope the show stays solid.

I also saw the Starman qualities in Under the Skin but I enjoyed the shit out of it, I bet the book is pretty awesome. The novel's wiki synopsis explained a lot of the more obscure plot in the film. 8/10
