Shit. The start of "1 1 is" really makes my ears sound like they have popped. The track makes me feel like i'm descending in a diving bell and at the 4:20 mark we've reached our destination at the fault ridge and the subterranean world opens up into the floodlights. It's glorious.

got game of thrones season 1 and 2 on blu ray. Only watched a couple of episodes so far but quite enjoyable.

I am now beginning to get familiar with this album. I am at the point now where I am anticipating which track is up next, and learning to know how tracks progress.... yet I still find lots of surprises and rewards in each track, and everytime I listen to it.

I also like how old people are depicted as being really slow and doddery throughout. The guy in the bank who has to fetch Audrey her water then find the safety deposit box, shuffling around through really long drawn out scenes, just lols throughout. The sugar daddy who marries the young lady then dies, then his brother (doppleganger again?) gets engaged to her. Then there is the room service waiter in the hotel who has totally lost his marbles and repeats everything. Man, I need to stop thinking about Twin Peaks. Twin. Twin = doppleganger or 2 of the same, or not the same. The next time you see me I will be the same, but different. Fuuuuuuuu

Ok just watched the last episode. I can see why so many people were disappointed with it as there is so much left open. Any one got any views on the following (and yes, it probably all has been blogged about elsewhere by numberous people / theories....) A few things that do get resolved which I quite liked

vinyl listening session for me this weekend, the missus is away and im setting up on the kitchen table near the fridge :-) will probably record a few dj mixes while im at it. Most of my exai plays thus far have been in my car, which can handle the sounds ok but there is a tremendous difference when listening from my main stereo or headphones, more so than for most albums i can think of at present. How do they do dat? Awesome.

i picked up the gold box dvd set off ebay for about 20 quid. Just watched the penultimate episode, windon is freaky as the log lady!

picked up doom 3 bfg edition for the ps3, never played it before and its pretty damn good, also shit your pants jump time. Bonus nostalgia of doom and doom 2 included!

got my CD today, with another pair of stickers! What to do with them...

tried that, the patterns seem quite disconnected. one thing i have noticed though is that it smells lush!

Interestingly, the images on each vinyl are different to the master image. I originally thought that they could be pieced together to form the main Exai cover but they do not. They also have a third colour of squares just like the stickers. Maybe form a completed new image? Can't decide if all four go together, and if so, which side (as each side is different) and which way round? The plot thickens...

Why did you order both the vinyl and CD? It just seems a bit puzzling, since you get a lossless digital download with the physical vinyl version, which is obviously superior to the CD version, in terms of packaging.. For completeness sake... I have everything on CD, but not everything on vinyl. /fanboy

Yeah interestingly got the vinyl and stickers, but not the CD. Would have thought they would have been shipped together....

Albums purchased this week from planet mu... Calvacade of Glee... Last Step Meathole I felt the gaps in my snares collection needed filling! Great stuff all round. Don't get the hate.
