Yeah that did cross my mind. But I would want someone organised in charge ? -

I mean it could be possible. Equal share of cost, probably needs an annual maintenance charge for all.... elect a caretaker to live on site during the winter months (he can bring his family and write a novel while there) Needs someone with more time than me to organise it though! How amazing would this be as a studio / party / arts space. BOC or 'phxtwin could finance this for us then be granted gold card access? -

Aye I remember listening to this. Intelligent and amusing fellows! -
Karl recently posted a load of videos on Instagram of him with his acoustic guitar. These are lovely. But I hope he and Rick still have the energy for live shows once reality 2.0 begins. They be no spring chickens no more. Big up Underworld forever. Even the cheesy trance of Diamond Jigsaw from Barking is an absolute belter.

Perfect. Love that film. Maybe Jasper lives in this one, as the king of farting.

I am starting a new radio show, the first episode is tonight, 9pm GMT via https://soundartradio.org.uk/ "The Tump Clump" is just an hour, once a month, of mainly new music I have discovered from all over the place. A mix of vinyl / digital and me chattering. Taking in noise, drone, improv, experimental, industrial, techno and even some sludge drone metal stuff this time. Basically, my usual melting pot (if anyone has read my zines its like that) This was recorded in my shed. Due to covid restrictions still in place - live broadcasting is not possible for everyone yet from the real studios. I recorded it live in one take and you can tell as I fluff up a few times and my vocals are quiet / mashed a bit with the vox I added. Hey ho. A learning experience. The music is the key. From the studios I plan to do live vinyl mixes plus I want to do a live techno/noise jam with my hardware. And I am allowed phone interviews too if anyone fancies it - lol - no swearing tho. Artwork by the fantastic blackcloudsummoner - I feature one of the collaborative tracks with Territorial Gobbing under the WET MIRROR name. Always looking for new tunes to play in future shows so HMU. Shows will go up on Mixcloud after - Ill stick links up here after. Cheers Soloman Tump

Just teaching myself really, mainly using the graphic EQ, filter curve and the built in envelope tools. I can do pretty much everything with just those. I have mixed results with the included compressor so tend not to use it so often although it can do the trick for simpler tracks. So I sometimes open up FLStudio and use Maximus which is the powerful 3-band compressor.

This really is a top tape. One of my favourites of the year for sure. And the packaging / presentation / MF Stickers are top draw. -
Agreed. Euthanasia is a personal choice. It does affect your friends and family but it doesn't kill them too. Non covid vaccination then infection and subsequent spread because you haven't done everything possible to limit spread is selfish. I pay taxes too! The NHS is there for many reasons as well as covid, and I hope they can get back to concentrating on other things very soon once the preventable spread of covid is under control. hope there's a jab for cure to cancer soon! Sign me up!

The "indian" variant is starting to take hold here in the UK in a number of towns - although since a majority of adults are now vaccinated it should have minimal effect on the general populous. Waiting to see full results from the labs on how this variant reacts with the jabs on offer. What has become clear though is that the majority of patients hospitalised with this variant in areas like Bolton and Bradford (and London!) are unvaccinated, and have recent links to travel to India / Pakistan. Why we have allowed open travel to/from India for so long is anyones guess - I could have bought a ticket to travel to India but technically not been allowed to drive to Wales! Its a tricky political / racial card - but it is becoming increasingly clear that the certain ethnic groups who are staying clear of the vaccine (for the many different reasons) will bare the full force of whatever this variant brings to the uk. Vaccines are readily available to EVERYONE in the areas affected now, so if you don't want the jab but are happy for the NHS to bail you out, that is selfish.

Pretty standard. The English do something first in a clumsy R&D kinda way then china copies it in a bigger more profitable fashion ? Having my first jab on Thursday! Then going camping for 2 nights - hopefully minimal side effects otherwise ill just be laying around in my tent feeling sad.

Yeah that's what is putting me off. Original stream was great. I would rather just sit this £20 wax out and wait for a digital via bandcamp or something. CD makes much more sense to me if he wants a physical release for it.

Vinyl seems silly. The set had to be cut so it fit on vinyl, and presumably faded out/in at the mid point.... Surely a CD release of the full set would be better?
