  1. Which one? I think he had quite a few over the past year or so.
  2. I just got ALLTAG 1- 4 on vinyl for Xmas. Will stick it on now actually, forgot about it.
  3. Erdingertrax or Die Zauberhafte...? If it's the latter, I would say it was decent. It's quite industrial, atmospheric and quite cinematic at the same time. I could imagine parts of it soundtracking a futuristic horror film, if such a thing existed. It's an unusual album. I enjoy it though. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Die-Zauberhafte-Welt-Der-Anderen/dp/B00AMT967M/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1385126684&sr=8-10&keywords=Voigt+%26+Voigt You can hear the whole thing on the Kompakt website anyway. http://www.kompakt.fm/releases/die_zauberhafte_welt_der_anderen_2xlp_cd/detached
  4. Konigsforst 2 is the best.
  5. Listen to this a lot on holiday. Enjoyed it a lot. Great summer album.
  6. Had a skip through to see if it seems like it's worth a purchase. Sounds decent to me. Not something I would usually listen to but I dunno, I was expecting something terrible after all the negative feedback. Then again, I love [decent] electronic pop music.
  7. I don't really care for Daft Punk. I don't dislike them. I don't love them. I'm ambivalent towards them. Just listening to the new album on Spotify. I'm enjoying it so far.
  8. Riding the Void sounds unbelievable on big (and good) speakers. It makes my whole apartment vibrate!
  9. No, of course I won't. I'm listening to them in order. Spending at least a few days to a week with each before moving onto the next one. I just haven't really read much about the style of any of them apart from Pop, which is described as summery.
  10. Music Has The Right To Children is extremely mediocre to me. I'm sure that will upset EVERYONE ON HERE, but hey ho. Anyway, really enjoying Gas thus far. I've heard it before but never fully/properly. I'm focusing on the first album for now and it's very enjoyable. Track 3 is my favourite atm. I accidently pressed repeat on track 3 (instead of repeat the whole album) the other day whilst tidying my apartment and I didn't even notice for about 40 mins. Funny. I've listened to Zauberberg once and it sounded like it had a something to different to offer (in comparison to the first). I'm don't think I'm ready to move on from the first one yet though. Looking forward to hearing Pop as I've read that's the "sunniest".
  11. I just got this for my birthday at the weekend!
  12. Those are:- Bot'Ox - Basement Love 12" (w/ Pachanga Boys Remix) John Tejada - The End Of It All 12" Panama - It's Not Over 12" (w/ Kolsch Remix) Superpitcher vs The Congosound - Say I'm Your Number One 12" My Favourite Robot - Barricade EP Burger / Voigt - Bring Trance Back (The artwork is lovely on this one) Ada - Paws1 (w/ Koze & Superpitcher Remixes) 20th Birthday Kompakt Collection 1 (plus Kompakt 20th Birthday "fanzine" with loads of cool stories and pics) Gas - Nah Und Fern
  13. A man after my own heart! (I love Kompakt). Some good selections. Not heard the Mohn LP but the single is pretty good. Terranova remix does it for me. Looping State of Mind is an amazing album. What's the top left LP? I have been to Kompakt in Cologne too and, being such a big fan, it was a bit of pilgrimage for me. (The main reason for my trip to Cologne was to go to a Kompakt club night there). It's a really great store, from the selection of records, to the style of the shop. And to top it off the guy working there was particularly friendly. I spent €60 in a matter of seconds and could've easily spent thousands. I'm going back to Cologne in September this year and staying a 5 minute walk away from the store. Looking forward to it.
  14. Just picked this up which I was quite happy about. Hope the t-shirt fits:- The music is techno/house of the mostly German variety, just a few tracks from the likes of M.A.N.D.Y., DJ Hell, Dapayk Solo.
