Loving these new lives!! Only listened to each one once so far but seemed lots more variation between sets then other batches. Far to early to pick a fav but the 2nd half of London B did particularly blow my mind! Looking forward to playing these all loads more...thx Robby & Seany

Loving the new track! With this,the ambient mix , the Barcelona tracks & the recent soundcloud uploads feeling pretty much like a new afx album! And still think there going to be more on the way! ?

I've done a little playlist with the Barcelona tracks & ambient mix of bblr on the end of the e.p....so now got a nearly 30 mins e.p! I know Barcelona ones a bit of diff vibe but works pretty well & hadn't listened to the ambient version for little while & forgot how awesome it was!

Really love this e.p...only complaint is its far to short! Would love a full album in this style...though think good chancel there more stuff on the horizon ?

Yay!! Also excited for this....love some Gamble. Feel like flush real pharynx was slept on a little bit, though think it's cause it came out as separate e.ps 1st but for me worked loads better as a full album. Think I might even prefer it to Mnestic Pressure

Erm...their on YouTube but never went on the afx store or anything Guess that's why not talked about much I suppose, like someone else said they were just kinda tacked on to the end of the massive soundcloud dump. Feel like if he had released it as an "ep" proper would have got loads more love...anyhow it matters not as they are awesome whatever & kinda like him slipping sone of his best stuff out so low key. Speaking of which I still have high hopes for that google drive... come on Rich, let's get some more goodies up in there! You can download from soundcloud

Find it weird those 6 tracks from covid times don't get talked about more...feel like they make a top tier Aphex ep. Fond memories of rinsing them in round start of lockdown & I still play them loads. Makes a better ep then collapse IMO (and I don't mean that as a Diss to collapse which is also good)

Yeah agree, think he prefers releasing e.ps / singles etc as takes the pressure off him trying to follow up Untrue with an album proper. gotta admit though do feel due a longish more beat oriented project from him, not bothered if its an album as such but would love a 30 mins plus release that's less ambient. I actually prefer kindred & rival dealer to untrue tbh & hanker for something similar as much as I've enjoyed a lot of his ambient shit. -

Would you feel happier if Anti Dawn was called an album? It's like 45 mins long so easily could be & some of the other eps pretty lengthy Would love a true "album" but love that he's still releasing stuff & love it or hate he's kept progressing...could have just kept on pumping out 2 stepy wood block beats or could have just fucked off back to his mums basement or whatever, stopped releasing music & played video games ? So all in all I'm happy with the Burial we ended up with & excited to hear new stuff!- 60 replies

You heard the ambient version ? Might be more up your street! That being said I think the orgional version is pretty miminmal anyway & for me definitely hits that classic afx magic vibe!

Really like this, so much so I'm worried about rinsing it to death before the rest of the e.p is out! The ambient version is awesome as well & excited about the Google drive, it maybe wishfull thinking but have a feeling we're going to see lots more stuff appearing on there!

Liking this! Enjoyed some of their previous stuff but wasn't sure how the would get on with a full length album but the lads done a good job!

Was a little underwhelmed on 1st listen but had a few more replays today& enjoyed it a lot more, so think it will be a grower. Not sure if any of it tops this though, fucking love this remix & the orgional full e.p by fred again & Headie 1 worth a listen as well
