When your auto correct turns profit into prophet, that might mean you have a problem.

That really says everything there is to say about global economy right now, that a multinational body is trying to nickel and dime people for $10-$20. Like what is that, maybe a $600 prophet, gross?

I don’t really know all the features of this but essentially a huge memory with asynchronous repetitions and modulated playheads/fx. Iunno.

I bought a mint op1 in 2016 for about $600. Sold it in 2017 for $850 to fund an octatrack, which I sold as well because I was unemployed. Then got a digitakt later on, for $629 new, but didn’t like it compared to the octatrack, so... ...I sold that too!

I haven’t experienced performance issues, but I have seen some weird interface issues, where it will be difficult to dial in a parameter because the value keeps increasing, but manually entering works. the thing is the blue lfo doesn’t have the expandable MAPPING window where you can map to more parameters with a customizable 0%-100% range.

Coming in to say I’ve been the regional aeropress king for the past year or so, but recently added a v60 and aero press. And I have to say, aeropress is the best home espresso-like I’ve ever had, and is more consistent and honestly better than most specialty coffee I have access to. i get as high-end beans as possible. I like to buy from parlor, $50 and up is free 2 day shipping. That said I also think having some low beans is important. Dallayr is tight, or even chock full o nuts from time to time. Good bad coffee is sometimes the best.

what happened to the yellow max devices? at first they were blue, but then there was that update 2 or so years ago, and they turned yellow and had better interfaces (imo). now with live 11, it seems they are back to the blue ones. any one else encountered some confusing stuff like this? also i hate how all the effects are sorted in folders now. kills my workflow.

I already have all of them. Filtatron might be the coolest. Model 15 is the one I use the least.

OPTION A: Upload tracks to Bandcamp directly from your DAW, delete any project file that you’ve spent more than 30 minutes on. Never listen to your music after you make it. OPTION B: walk around with hours of your own tracks on your phone, only listen to your own music, and NEVER release anything.
