  1. Wow I get it now. I have hated Spotify ever since 2009 man. Remember how good music YouTube was then? I would find artists there and then buy their stuff. discogs is still good for that
  2. I make so much music on my phone. It’s definitely a relaxing activity for me if I’m in the right mindset. but working on material I deem to be an “opus” can get very stressful, because I fear trying to work it too hard will smother the spark.
  3. I’m pretty good at coming up with patches but I don’t know how to use max or any of that stuff, and while I would love to learn, time is short these days.
  4. https://ccrma.stanford.edu/~jos/pasp/Schroeder_Reverberators.html yeah I ain’t got time fo dat
  5. I’ll tell you one thing, the sound toys little plate is BADASS.
  6. It’s amazing. I just wish I could set pattern length to 8 steps so i could work on short micro evolving loops without having to page over. To compensate I’ve been setting it to 9 step patterns, and the whole thing displays in portrait orientation. Then with step conditions you can do a lot
  7. Just because one sorts their shits into little baggies and labels them by style and date; does not make dem anything other than SHIT I have one big folder on my desktop called SHIT. Inside I have lots of smaller folders filled with more shit.
  8. You know they had a word for Boston tea partiers back in tha day: boomer
  9. I feel like all these people need to be strapped down in a movie theater and forced to watch Schindler’s List and the Pianist for 2 weeks while being force fed matzo ball soup.
  10. Those boxes look like they are from National Treasure 3
  11. Got any good 1080 pad videos while you’re at it?
  12. I’ve really been wanting one of these to go with my polyend tracker. right I’m using the tracker with the korg m1 iPad app, and it sounds EXACTLY like the real thing. Some good easily editable sounds with a great multichannel mode. Using iPad stuff is probably vastly easier than setting it up on a rack module, but there’s something about individual outs and those old relays that do a little something to the sound. guest promo had another thread about an emu proteus and BCM shit on him big time.
  13. You know sitting in the center of a 4D geodesic meta-alchemic triangle might seem pretty cool thing to do with your $400000 monitors, but I question how much more interesting it make the music
  14. Can we convert this thread to a dick pic mega share?
  15. It runs on iPhone, which means you can load up the gyroscope module and map the yaw to the snare rush activator so you get a snare rush as you take a sip of your iBeer
  16. Here is my first cool one on the tracker. Got it yesterday. So far, I would say having a pretty versatile sampler with 8 voice polyphony and tons of deep sequencing options is pretty cool for the $600 price point. It also has midi and the midi chord effect, and they just added support for sampling while the seq is running, so you can resample gear that’s sequenced with the tracker. And, sampling FM radio is very op1 vibes.
  17. Nice and raw. I’ve never uploaded jams really besides solo jams Whenever I jam 1/2 bar techno, I always end up with the tempo at like 127-135. in truth the half bar/8 sequencer steps formula is better with some tracks/machines set to 12 steps, some to 2 bars, some 3 bars, etc. all those interlacing rhythms are what make the repetition interesting for an hour. Also, you gotta continually remake the patterns and tweak parameters.
