  9. I discovered this at the weekend and have had it on repeat. Really nice Detroit sounds from two masters. It was released in late March, but I've not seen it posted here so thought I'd start a thread for it as it deserves some attention IMO. https://outelectronicrecordings.bandcamp.com/album/mind-merge-lp https://www.residentadvisor.net/news.aspx?id=37605
  10. https://kretchmer.bandcamp.com/releases https://daily.bandcamp.com/2016/08/16/braindance-feature/ The far and away highlight of this really neat article on bandcamp. His music is really propulsive and inspired by the greats -- without completely aping their style. Great driving music as well.

  12. Been a long time since I've posted here, but I'm happy to be back. At the moment, I'm looking for a bit of help: A few weeks ago I heard what seemed, at first, to be an Internet rumor/ghost story about a kid in Detroit who documented his suicide on Instagram. Sadly enough, it turned out to be true, and I was surprised to find out that he was a young music producer. He had a Twitter account (https://twitter.com/djkillbill313), an Instagram account (http://www.pikore.com/djkillbill313), and at least one Soundcloud page (https://soundcloud.com/djkillbillprod), possibly two (https://soundcloud
  13. Luxus Varta – Everything Is Nothing (Hubble Telescope Series Vol. 1) feat. Paris The Black FU (Detroit Grand Pubahs) supported by Objekt Description: For the past 25 years, the space telescope "Hubble" has been orbiting 540 kilometers above Earth. Black holes, iridescent gas mist, distant planets: Hubble has changed our view of the cosmos by capturing some incredible photos of our galaxy. Without the Hubble telescope, we would not know such beautiful images of space, and have discovered many different perspectives of Earth too. Feeling inspired by the journey into space, SolarOneMu

  20. Hope this wasn't already posted... We all know Detroit has fallen on hard times. No other city in North America, maybe even the world, has seen the amount of decline in recent decades that Detroit has. I found this site with ton of photos that show just what kind of state Detroit is in! Some amazing photos. Discuss! http://zfein.com/photography/detroit/
