  1. Hi all. I realized music that sounds like spiritual, etheric ambient glitch/techno is the type of music that my mind resonates with the most. Some examples might be Oval, Vladislav Delay, SND, Visible Cloaks, Huerco S., etc. Do you know something similar? Can be visuals too. https://www.webdesignmuseum.org/flash-websites/sixstation-2002
  2. From ambient through house to emotive melodic techno and beyond, Vid Vai's first album is a tasty charcuterie w/ hints of Detroit influence. RIYL John Beltran, John Shima, Derek Carr, Darren Nye. Highly recommended.
  3. New Lawrence English album arriving this September on Room40. Love the label - there's lots of great stuff dropping the next few months - and his solo/collab work are always impressive (IMO)
  4. Didn't see anything on this yet, but a lovely new(ish) work from Kelly Lee Owens. Definitely different from her previous outings, but full of lush. https://kellyleeowens.bandcamp.com/album/lp-8
  5. Early sketches and outtakes from the op+errata album. Both recommended.
  6. Scanner's second album on DiN, synth-oriented cinematic ambient soundscapes. Highly recommended.
  7. Science fiction ambient and electro from Boris Bunnik of Versalife fame. Currently only available on vinyl, but will be released in digital at a later date. Highly recommended.
  8. Triplicate Records' new V/A label/series launches with 16 tracks of variable electronic fare for your listening pleasure for 1 USD. Recommended.
  9. I think the end result is not that interesting, but someone might like it.
  10. 2nd album from Patricia Wolf. I'm looking forward to this. If you like your ambient and field recording work, do check out the first album on Past Inside the Present. Balmat is Shaping up to be a great label, the Hoavi release was excellent. Would have liked to have snagged a copy of Languid Gongue.
  11. MLO is one of my long-time ambient favourites from the early 90s, I especially love Io. Music From Memory continue their Virtual Dreams series with this compilation, highly recommended.
  12. A beautiful remix release of Digitonal's most recent album's tracks; Digitonal is in my all-time top 10 favourite artists, so this comes extremely highly recommended. Teensy weensy bit pricey, but worth it.
  13. Metro Dade's one and only album from 1996 digitally reissued by Gerd. Highly recommended.
  14. Very strongly in the BoC influence gravity well, but with something that keeps my interest piqued. Looking forward to hearing more, but comes recommended just because 4T Thieves.
  15. Funky experimental electronics and beat excursions. Recommended.
  16. Hi all, Back to making music... here's two new tracks (one original and one remix). Enjoy! # 1 (made for a video for this exhibition: http://www.fashionspacegallery.com/exhibition/warpaint_mcqueen/) # 2 (Out in June via the Touched Two Remix compilation)
  17. Dave Paton's (of Wee DJs fame) soundtrack for an imaginary police series Declinacion del Deber. Recommended. Here's the blurb for the first one, the second and third parts don't have one.
  18. Susumu Yokota's albums from 1997 + 1998 reissued on vinyl and in digital, both were available previously on CD only. Recommended.
