  1. 20 tracks on cassette & digital (vinyl forthcoming) Visuals:
  2. Tegan Northwood is an Australian singer/songwriter/producer. I first heard her track 'Close' on Pandora a few years back and was impressed: I proceeded to find and purchase the album it came from, 'Self-Raising Flower', a striking mixture of shoegaze, dreampop, ambient and IDMesque elements: https://endgamerecords.bandcamp.com/album/self-raising-flower She released another LP in 2008 called 'Last Days of Home' https://endgamerecords.bandcamp.com/album/last-days-of-home ... And now, today Tegan's released a new EP of tracks called 'Wherever You Are'. Some of you may dig this, highly recommended for fans of Cocteau Twins, Lush, Washed Out, Seefeel, etc: Link to new EP: https://tegannorthwood.bandcamp.com/
  3. Tally Ho! Sharing this good news here for you fine folk.. Legendary UK electronic music producer, Luke Vibert delivers a special batch of four new tracks for the USA label, People of Rhythm Records in celebrate the label’s re-launch and new release, Vibert’s “Turn” Mini-EP. Released on limited color vinyl and digital on May 25, 2018. Pre-orders and preview track “Turn” now live. Luke Vibert will also DJ a handful of USA dates in August 2018 to support release. Prolific music producer Luke Vibert and his many successful aliases, including Wagon Christ, Plug, Amen Andrews, Kerrier District, The Ace of Clubs, Moog Acid and Spac Hand Luke have become fixtures of dance floors and electronic music fans worldwide. Luke has been releasing innovative electronic music on iconic record labels since first being signed by his old schoolmate and Cornwall friend, Richard D. James (Aphex Twin) for his own Rephlex Records label. Luke has since released scores of music on Mo’ Wax, Ninja Tune, Rising High, Warp, Astralwerks, Lo Recordings, I Love Acid Records, Universal, Trent Reznor’s Nothing Records in addition to mainstay labels Planet Mu and Hypercolour. Each release to critical acclaim. Luke’s new mini-ep for People of Rhythm Records he drops four new songs in Luke’s classic “Wagon Christ” alias form. ‘Throw your heads up’ funky crate digging breaks, lush french horn anthems, Indian scat jazz samples, moog freakout sounds by the late Jean Jacques Perrey, classic hip hop loops and downtempo sci-fi experiments. The “Turn” release, long in the making, had been talked over and kicked around for years between People of Rhythm chief, Brian Keigher (aka DJ Warp) and his old mate Luke Vibert. The two first met when they were both booked to perform in Chicago for Noisepop Festival 2001 and have since played a handful of additional gigs together. On a recent trip to London, Keigher solidified the special release. Coming back with a handful of new Vibert material to sift through for the label’s long awaited third release. After artist and production costs, all funding raised from the “Turn” EP will go towards Vibert’s visa costs to tour the U.S.A. for the first time in many years for a handful of DJ dates in Chicago, Northern WI, San Francisco, NYC and more to be announced for August. Additional exclusive Luke Vibert limited merchandise including t-shirts, stickers and even new music will also be available to support these touring efforts for 2018. People of Rhythm Records is proud to presents, Luke Vibert: “Turn” mini-EP released on limited maroon color, 7” vinyl pressing of 1000 copies and digital formats. Track listing includes “Turn”, “JJP” (featuring and dedicated to Luke’s old friend, and Moog Acid collaborator, synth maestro Jean Jacques Perrey), “Juice”, and “BM”. Based in the USA, People of Rhythm previous releases include legendary midwest electronic music producer Freddy Fresh, aka Modulator (POR001), released on blue vinyl and Minneapolis techno wizard, Paul Birken (POR002), released on red vinyl. Future label releases include a Luke Vibert 12” remix project of the “Turn” EP featuring mixes from Isan, Radioactive Man (Keith Tenniswood of Two Lone Swordsmen) and more. All Tracks composed, produced and recorded by Luke Vibert. Mastered by Dietrich Schoenemann at Complete USA. Design and artwork by Rob Hamilton at RHStudios. The release will be sold through People of Rhythm’s Bandcamp page. Also available through Groove Distribution in the USA for vinyl and the Bleep store in the UK for vinyl and digital copies. 4. Hello all, just discovered this forum and signed-up immediately. Some nice music, cool bods and obviously superb taste all-round.....where have you been all my life? Well, I thought I would add to the WATMM oeuvre in some small way by posting my new release on Basserk records (based in Amsterdam): [bandcamp width=400 height=274 album=2210356637 size=large bgcol=ffffff linkcol=0687f5 artwork=small] I hope you like it, and please leave comments/constructive criticism.

  7. Arc Of Doves ‘Never Let Me Go’ Link: https://rohsrecords.bandcamp.com/album/never-let-me-go I first discovered Arc of Doves thanks to the inclusion of their song “I Remember When” on the ambient/experimental/electronic compilation Air Texture Vol 1. Hailing from Japan, Arc of Doves is a duo comprised of Tetsuya Nakamura and AFULL Kobayashi. Their sound falls into the spaces between the aforementioned genres, as well as “modern classical” (yes, that’s a thing), and down-tempo, and many of their songs are gorgeous beyond belief—like so beautiful that you can’t even put it into words. Strangely enough, it’s an Italian Berlin based record label, Rohs! Records, that just released the Arc of Doves’ EP, Never Let Me Go. Originally self released digitally by the band, last year via their now defunct Bandcamp page, it has now been reissued Never Let Me Go, for the most part, sticks to what the duo do best—skittering beats, powerful piano work, and atmospheric background effects. Out of the six racks on the EP, only one is a bit of a clunker—the 8+ minute “Song of Praise.” Made up of various synthesizer tones and drones, the flaw is that it never really goes anywhere. It also occurs early on (the second track) but thankfully the next four songs allow recovery. The title track, “Garden in The Rain,” and “Night Lights” are the strongest of the set, and the closing track, “Winter Lights” dips into the same somber, plaintive territory as “I Remember When.”
  8. As If ‘Moments e.p’ (7” vinyl - repress) Finally this beauty is being reissued - This was the first 7” of this Berlin record label Link: https://rohsrecords.bandcamp.com/album/moments-e-p Words by the artist: These two tracks are made because I wanted to catch the sense off some other kind a mood, that I haven’t made before, like the dub-ambient-stuff. Way back in the early 1990’s I play in a band called NoXCuse, we made music that was inspired by bands like Front 242, Nitzet Ebb, Depeche Mode, Front Line Assembly and Leather Strip. And that kind of sound has stayed in me since then. So it felt natural to try and go for that sound. Even though I turned down the tempo, when I made these two tracks, the sound ‘break-beat’ and 303-sound has always been a part me.

  17. Keiss - The Breath Out now on Touched - Music for Macmillan Cancer Support It’s nice to listen to something that lets you daydream (although my boss might disagree). Mental pictures of a poor little future-detective wandering the streets of an acid-wonderland trying to solve a case that’s actually only in his head, spaghetti western standoffs on alien planets; it’s odd little mental tangents that can only come when one experiences appropriate stimulus. In this case it’s the album “The Breath” by artist Keiss, and what a treat it is that Touched Music has brought us, helping to welcome the Spring into our lives. Here we have an album that has its structure clearly defined, both as an overall work and individually as tracks. The musicality is superb - pace has been upheld in a flawless fashion and each piece of music is a little story in itself with clear boundaries and timelines. There’s so much going on sonically that it’s truly hard to put fingers on favourite parts; it’s reminiscent of so many thing musically held dear to me over the years. As I listen it’s hard not to pick up on feelings of Braindance, all the best lushness of late 90s trance tracks that come through in the pads (but with a lot less cheese), Posthuman-like long glides which give some tracks a true 'Syn Emergence' feel and it’s all fused together with mature and well-defined rhythms throughout that could sometimes be mistaken for the 'Astrobotnia' project by Aleksi Perälä. This is the kind of music that will make you be able to justify all the money you spent on the expensive speakers and all the hours you spent mucking around with their placement in order to get the perfect image. It fills your space with a lush onslaught of sound that manages to remain completely balanced but really punch you in the guts with mid-range flair - expect some goosebumps. Free to a good home or give what you can. As always, proceeds go to Macmillan Cancer Support - £35,000 raised and counting. https://touched.bandcamp.com/album/the-breath

  24. His last album was okay I guess, although I only really like two tracks of it. Same thing with his Millie and Andrea release this year. But this new single sounds very nice ! Tracklist 01 Time Away 02 Violence 03 On Oath 04 Science & Industry 05 No Surrender 06 How It Was 07 Damage 08 Faith in Strangers 09 Missing "The album was written and recorded between January of last year and June of this year.
