Hey I'm doing a monthly hour long slot on threads* radio (they have two streams, i'm on the one with the asterisk). It's going to be electro / techno / idm and maybe some noise mixed in occasionally. First show is tomorrow, July 3 20-21 CET. I already recorded it, so here's the tracklisting for this month. And definitely message me if you want me hear your stuff and maybe play it ? The 4th entry in my “…While You Can” series of releases. This time also featuring a remastered version of my older track called Bacon Mushrooms as a “bonus track”. Gear used: Minilogue, Reface DX, Digitakt, Maschine MK3, Volca Keys and Volca Drum (which I always sequence with Digitakt) + various effect units. Mixing and mastering done in Cubase.

The 3rd installment of my "...While You Can" series. This time a bit more of a house side of things, but with a flavour of trance I guess. Maschine MK3, Digitakt, Minilogue, Reface DX + various effects. Arrangement, production, mixing and mastering in Cubase. https://soundcloud.com/user-394274214/sets/while-you-can-3

This is my album of the week. Solid sounds and shit. Honestly, there's something for everyone on this album. Aspects of Japanese environmental music, melancholy Detroit harmonics and space cadet AI electronica perfuse the album’s 10 tracks, taking in the rising sun optimism of ‘The World Is New Again’, along with plush and supple breakbeat rolige in ‘Sense Inversion’, the Four Tet-like folkdancetronica whim of ‘Shadows In Blue’, and leading up to swingeing, febrile dancefloor hypnotism on ‘Lanes’, with some Pantha Du Prince-esque posh techno rush in ‘Cutie’ balanced by the late ‘90s break

Been lately super inspired to create more of a dancefloor oriented material. Planning on releasing these as two or three track releases. Here are the first two of them. Hope you guys dig 'em. ?

Here's a 40min live set from a show I did recently. It has tracks that I've released on Sleepers Records and Florklang and unreleased stuff I'm still tweaking and hope to find a home for soon. It was for a techno / dance monthly event in Boston called Cake Factory which is a great event run by some cool folks so anyone around here should check it out. The songs should be dancey. I've been DJing a bit and the music I've been making is just trying to get folks moving. All the mistakes are intentional ?

Not sure this is the correct thread for a dump like this (a new member here), but I didn't find any other suitable threads, so here we go. Few of my latest tracks. If you happen to like 'em, please check out the rest of the selection as well. I also have a Bandcamp account, if someone prefers that: https://tomikokki.bandcamp.com/

I've just been listening to a lot of 90's Richard H Kirk stuff. I wasn't really into it much when it came out, oddly, but now it's really sounding great. So I was pleased to see this set, none of which I had. There's also an 8cd set of his stuff from 74-89, all more industrial/experimental. I like the 90's stuff better, but I know the earlier material will appeal more to some. Read a funny review from a more industrial minded dude who totally trashed the Sandoz stuff here: http://thequietus.com/articles/21537-richard-h-kirk-sandoz-box-set-album-review-cabaret-voltaire But I figured thi

Mutant Beat Dance has returned with their debut self-titled 25 track album, a record album booklet consisting of 6 records in 3 different formats of 12″s, 7″s and 10”, a CD and in digital formats. This concept has been in development since 2015 with over 200 minutes running time. The debut album from renegade trio Mutant Dance Beat (Traxx aka Melvin Oliphant, Beau Wanzer and Steve Summers) takes the wild and free sound of Chicago’s Music Box era into the 21st Century. Over twenty-five tracks the album mines an oft cited but rarely understood ground at the intersection of Post-Punk, Minimal
