I was curious to the origins of the game on the Mike & Rich: Expert Knob Twiddlers release (which was recently re-released with extra tracks), and I found out the original game the cover is based on is the old Milton Bradley game, Downfall: I've put the UK box here since the US version isn't as similar to the album cover. No clue as to where the numbered tiles rotating around the text in the parody cover comes from; none of the Downfall variants I could find have that in their title: Maybe @Bambi knows? Just a fun trip down memory lane! EDIT: I'm also willing to bet
