  1. New Surgeon album coming soon. I've liked lots I've heard from him but struggled to find an album I could really dig in on. The new track is sounding pretty good, if a little less out there than expected...could just be a tamer cut given it's the lead single basically. It's a good track though. Not sure how many are into Surgeon here but think there's some so, yeah. https://www.residentadvisor.net/news.aspx?id=41253
  2. Coming out on double vinyl and digital vinyls December 2017 on Editions Mego. Anthony Child (yes the same one that brings some of the most relentless techno) teams up with a guy named Daniel Bean to bring some beauty. Continuing on from his epic ambient sets at Freerotation, this is going to be great for getting into space.
  3. Yep, Ill be getting this. http://soundcloud.com/dynamic-tension/trade-sheworks005-preview

  5. "The techno legends resuscitate their infamous industrial project for a new single entitled Where Pail Limbs Lie. As British Murder Boys, Regis and Surgeon were known for crafting remarkable techno-brutalism and performing sonically abusive live shows. Of the impetus of the project, Regis told FACT, “Surgeon and I both knew that we wanted to produce giant slabs of music rather than just tracks for clubs.” [youtubehd]Lcp0p5TKIBc[/youtubehd] read http://www.factmag.c...for-new-single/ surgeon http://www.dj-surgeon.com regis http://www.discogs.com/artist/Regis
  6. "Midlands based techno producers Surgeon and DJ Skirt will appear on the 50th Semantica release alongside label boss Svreca. Semantica has long been one of the more underrated electro and techno imprints, with the Spanish label calling on the talents of Silent Servant, Andy Stott, Jimmy Edgar, Vladislav Delay, Regis and Instra:mental among many others during its five years of existence. The addition of another techno legend in Anthony Child, aka Surgeon, is an undoubted coup, with Svreca listing Child’s Dynamic Tension imprint as a significant influence in a recent discussion with Juno Plus writer Richard Brophy." "Surgeon’s A-Side “As You Breathe Here Now” is an exercise in organ-fuelled techno paranoia, and was recently premiered on the producer’s Humanity Test DJ mix (do check if you haven’t heard it yet). The track will appear alongside “Hymen”, a collaboration between Juno Plus podcaster Skirt and Svreca which sees creaking factory groans offset against sluggish broken beats and shuffling hi-hats." listen http://clone.nl/item24549.html
