  1. Expansive new album of forward-thinking electronics from Lagowski (of GPR fame). Recommended.
  2. An interesting release full of twists and turns, both dancefloor and back-of-the-brain oriented melodies, technoir breakbeat, synth sweeps and bass. Recommended.
  3. Six pieces of neo-nostalgic breakbeat hardcore bleep from Sound Science (i.e. Jack Smooth), Mike Ash, Jerome Hill, Scanone, Meat Beat Manifesto, and Hooverian Blur - summoning the spirit of raves of bygone days. Highly recommended.
  4. Excellent ambient/techno/breaks/IDM album in the vein of classic Apollo releases - expansive genre-breaking collection of tracks. Recommended.
  5. 7. a nice short track. might continue this
  8. Hello! I have a new 4 track EP on Bandcamp called "Aerosol Aerobics". It's a little darker and more acidic than my normal stuff. I wrote all this material to play live. When i made this recording i tried to distill all the elements down to their essential moments. That means the ideas fly by fast and it's kind of scatterbrained. I hope you enjoy it! It will also be on streaming services July 3, 2020. https://dollarstorekeyboard.bandcamp.com/album/aerosol-aerobics-ep
  9. Hello, i have a new record i'm really excited to share. The full release is available now on bandcamp and will be on streaming services 8/08. It is a mix of weird dance, breakbeat and acid. 6 of the 7 songs were recorded in one take with just an Elektron Digitakt and Roland SH-01A. If you like it please share! If anyone wants a DL code let me know ? https://dollarstorekeyboard.bandcamp.com/album/in-another-state
  10. Just released! Some fresh grooves from mause!!! Get yourself some confinement braindance! https://mausebrighton.bandcamp.com/album/session-trax2
  11. https://soundcloud.com/ev-ia/xiel Let me know what you think...
  12. just stumbled on this EP from 2017 that you can use to supplement this years bounty of groovy mid-tempo breakbeat techno / oldskool IDM. Ryan James Ford — Firepark SHUT ‎– SHUT002 16 Mar 2017 A1 Fatih Servet A2 Sitton Rehlik B1 Misled Youth B2 Rohmie Sinkt "Faith Servet" starts out with a real stripped down hardcore sound and then gets kind of acidy and atmospheric "Sitton Rehlik" kind of an ambient acid techno thing "Misled Youth" really nice trancey one with a lot of space, crispy autechrish hats and claps "Rohmie Sinkt" I like this one the best because it has nice rumbling kick drum and a nice mechanical syncopated breakbeat percussion on top and some lush pads. what else could you need. k bye
  13. Some braindance https://fxbip.bandcamp.com/album/analogos
  14. DIdn't realize this was coming out. So far I am diggin the hell out of this release. More of the kind of crunchy breakbeat hardcore-ish techno that we have been enjoying much of lately. Lots of fucking sub bass. Not sure on all the tracks, only given it a cursory listen but there were some definite chunes. Mancester and Nya are impressing me so far. http://ostgut.de/label/record/216
  15. http://lobstertheremin.com/album/endless I just got this LP and I really think it is probably the best techno released this year. It has some breakbeat elements, and a lot of crunchy elements. This track is pretty good but there a lot of better ones on it. IS GOOD...LISTEN TO IT HEHE
  16. hi guys, this is my set from our summer party in leipzig this year (http://telegra.ph/Zommerfezt-mit-exLEp%C3%A4ng-07-30) it was an intro set for the breakcore floor, so i tried to build a bridge and speed up at the end though i think the tracklist match with the taste of the board https://soundcloud.com/caedes/zommerfezt-elipamanoke-040817 of course feedback is welcome :) tracklist: (2017) Brainwaltzera - ten ton fenix [unchosen] - βκ [Outdives EP] (2005) Karsten Pflum - Guld og gammelt jern [Flugten Fra År 2000] (1992) Hyper On Experience - The Frightner [Fun For All The Family E.P.] (2005) Wirebug - Gorfus Gizmoid [Ce La Fai ? 17. Been finishing up a bunch of tracks that take inspiration, samples from music out of Mali that I will put on an ep later this year. Start & end might be subject to change for this one. Enjoy or not .
  18. I started working on some new Lemon Melon tracks after taking a 15 year break, I used to release music on MP3.com back when I was between 11-15 years old, and I've painstakingly uploaded all 200-odd tracks I made 1999-2002 onto bandcamp, and these are the "comeback" track of sorts: [] [/][] [/][] [/][] [/][] [/][] [/] If you like some of u-ziq or Wagon Christ's samplier moments, are old enough to remember Freddy Fresh, Fatboy Slim, Bentley Rhythm Ace or Lemon Jelly, you'll remember Big-Beat music. It had a few forms, Prodigy and Chem Bros probably did the harder, darker side of bigbeat, but others like The Wiseguys and Loop Da Loop just wanted to have fun. I'm coining the term "dotBizbeat" to refer to the slightly dodgier style that evolved post-"For Your Ears Only" when people started using low-quality DAWs on family computers (whilst at the same time registering cheap .biz domains for themselves) to make crap Big-Beat by taking cover disc samples and fucking with them. I'll be having fun with trying some of those for an accompanying EP, but Lemon Law is aiming to hopefully be closer to the second-wave of post-"You've Come A Long Way, Baby"-mania that took the late-90s radio for hostage. For everything I did back in 1999-2002, check http://LemonMelon.bandcamp.com
  19. I finally got started with a new project. I just basically try to replicate some of the nice sounds of early 90's jungle/hardcore/breakbeat without too much stress on being original or whatever. I just like that sort of stuff really much and it's interesting to try making something similary myself. I don't know what this is but i like how it sounds https://soundcloud.com/marpajungle/your-flesh two other choons: https://soundcloud.com/marpajungle/jupiter-slam https://soundcloud.com/marpajungle/imitated
  20. Oy, put this ep out end of last month on bandcamp, breakbeats 'n shit; https://plugexpert.bandcamp.com/album/puinruimer-ep example; https://soundcloud.com/plugexpert/sugriwa
  21. Yah, so I was showing my girlfriend what "reverb" was, so I finally got my audio device hooked up to her computer to use Reaper and some stock reverb/etc. plugins. So she was on guitar through computer reverb making ambient soundscapes, then out through guitar amp, recorded with voice recorder. Then after that I did some guitar noodling. Then I took that combined recording and used gf's ambient music as the backing to the track with no cuts, and then over that I added some beatz and my guitar back in, etc. Yay~~~ [sc5]299742299[/sc5]
