  1. Seaes - Seaes II (4CD Boxset) (AKA Chris Douglas, Dalglish, Scald Rougish) 18th July 2014 on Meds "A retrospective collection of previously unreleased works spanning over a decade of recording. Chris Douglas has worked on the extreme fringes of electronic music since the early 90's, a shadowy figure carving a singular body of work. His style inhabits its own genre, where feelings and sound merge- his songs are emotional, irrational boiling living things that soothe and scald, often simultaneously." Limited to 100 hand numbered copies only. 4 x pro duplicated CDr disk. All hand made packaging using 100% recycled card stocks 2 x gatefold sleeves, silk screened using water based metallic silver ink Hand numbered 140g printed insert Recycled hand stamped outer box. Available from: Norman Records

  3. Douglas is on a roll with his own releases, and now we get this nice look into his electronic taste (which is interesting because his own music is hard to fit into any style/scene). So many things I've never heard though! If anyone can ID any tracks, please do so. I'm especially curious about the first and second track, assuming the heavy dark beat marking the beginning of a new track. Ever since I've heard Andy Stott's We Stay Together, the beat-track at the beginning of this Dalglish mix is what I've always hoped any future Stott albums to sound like. I was always disappointed. Now I'd love to know what this is.

  5. front back Dalglish - Venoyn - 12" 45rpm vinyl EP mastered by Lupo limited to 350 copies in a full color matte jacket with full color artwork. 5 tracks. note: It's very hard to convey just how awesome this artwork looks in photos which appears to be drawn using fine tipped ink pens. It is extremely detailed and only an extremely high resolution photo can capture the detail. The first ever Dalglish piece of vinyl, and the first vinyl of any Chris Douglas project since the release of 'Seimlste' in 2002 by his now deceased OST alias off Qlipothic https://soundcloud.com/fluorescentgrey/dalglish-venonyn-ep-sampler full EP sampler shipping now : http://recordlabelrecords.org/191.html
