A man most of you all know and love has just recently put out a stunning album under a new alias. https://x-altera.bandcamp.com/album/x-altera He seems to be highlighting a lot of old-school sounds -- in particular "Black Secret Technology" era Guy Called Gerald (which is A-OK in my book).

Formats: 12", digital - via Ghostly Pleasant Friday surprise, had no idea this was in the works but it released today. Avalon Emerson's been one of my producers-to-watch for a while, and this certainly doesn't disappoint. -

Recently released on Ghostly comes the remix (or rework) album of Heathered Pearls' 2012 album 'Loyal'. The entire album is streaming on Ghostly's soundcloud feed, and I'll post just a couple below for your listening pleasure. The tracks have been given a beautiful reworking by almost everybody who's contributed - definitely an album to pick up.
