  1. Not sure this is the correct thread for a dump like this (a new member here), but I didn't find any other suitable threads, so here we go. Few of my latest tracks. If you happen to like 'em, please check out the rest of the selection as well. I also have a Bandcamp account, if someone prefers that: https://tomikokki.bandcamp.com/
  2. I've just been listening to a lot of 90's Richard H Kirk stuff. I wasn't really into it much when it came out, oddly, but now it's really sounding great. So I was pleased to see this set, none of which I had. There's also an 8cd set of his stuff from 74-89, all more industrial/experimental. I like the 90's stuff better, but I know the earlier material will appeal more to some. Read a funny review from a more industrial minded dude who totally trashed the Sandoz stuff here: http://thequietus.com/articles/21537-richard-h-kirk-sandoz-box-set-album-review-cabaret-voltaire But I figured this board might lean more towards Sandoz, as I do. From Mute: 'Sandoz – #9294 (Collected Works 1992 – 1994) is a 5-CD box set, the box includes the 2CD Digital Lifeforms (Redux), the longtime unavailable and newly re-mastered Intensely Radioactive and Dark Continent albums and an album of rarities Runs The Voodoo Down.' Signed copies here, didn't see this before I got it. https://www.musicglue.com/richardhkirk/
  3. Mutant Beat Dance has returned with their debut self-titled 25 track album, a record album booklet consisting of 6 records in 3 different formats of 12″s, 7″s and 10”, a CD and in digital formats. This concept has been in development since 2015 with over 200 minutes running time. The debut album from renegade trio Mutant Dance Beat (Traxx aka Melvin Oliphant, Beau Wanzer and Steve Summers) takes the wild and free sound of Chicago’s Music Box era into the 21st Century. Over twenty-five tracks the album mines an oft cited but rarely understood ground at the intersection of Post-Punk, Minimal Wave, Industrial, Disco Dub, EBM and proto-House / early-House. “Mutant Dance Beat.” is an epic journey into a classic American ideology that had its apex in Chicago. 10. DIdn't realize this was coming out. So far I am diggin the hell out of this release. More of the kind of crunchy breakbeat hardcore-ish techno that we have been enjoying much of lately. Lots of fucking sub bass. Not sure on all the tracks, only given it a cursory listen but there were some definite chunes. Mancester and Nya are impressing me so far. http://ostgut.de/label/record/216
  11. Hey WATMM, I'm back doing a weekly radio show again on www.sub.fm This time around I'm heavily focusing on that modern UK "bass music" (115bpm-145bpm) sound, while heavily mixing in the IDM greats of the last 25 years. You'd be surprise how well classic Warp mixes with the modern stuff, almost as if dance music is just now catching up. There will also be the occasional jungle/dnb set just because. The archives are here: http://soundcloud.com/foxsounz/sets/sub-fm So far I'm 3 episodes in and it's been getting a good reception. Hoping to get some more live or archive listeners from this site, as I think aesthetically it would really resonate with the folks here. New episodes air Saturdays. 4-6pm EST, 1-3pm PST, 9-11pm GMT. Archives usually go up on Sundays. Cheers!
  12. https://pacificrhythm.bandcamp.com/album/urth-born-2 Didn't see a topic for this. Stellar release that's swept me away from its opening chords... when the acid line kicked in on "Urth Man" I was launched into space.
  13. Forthcoming Roots United RUR 002 My first EP since 2008. Some tracks were made in 2004 and rest were made in 2007. Made exclusively in Jeskola Buzz. ----------- There are also 2 releases by me planned for 2017: LP & EP on GOST Zvuk

DIRECT LINK (IZ MP3) If anyone has a solid setup, can you turn this shit up, and lemme know how it feels? I have to pretend I'm in da club with me headphones. 16. http://www.percussionlab.com/sets/jedi_knights/intergalactic_funk_transmission Tom Middleton & Mark Pritchard (AKA Global Communication, Reload, Chameleon, Secret Ingredients, Link & E621) had a short run from 95-99, as the Jedi Knights, releasing new-electro, funk, house, techno, and drum-n-bass until a remix for Depeche Mode put them on George Lucas' radar resulting in a cease and desist on using the name.
