  • Joyrex changed the title to Whose Child Is This?

Dammit, I had it right the first time, and doubted myself

"Who's this child of mine" would've been a viable option.

Surprised this hasn't been picked up on here. Kraftwerk co-founder died today at 73.
For me, this band were more influential and important than even the Beatles. Every single electronic artist that followed owes a great debt to this band.
No four middle-aged men will ever be able to stand on stage and be this cool.
      Ever again.

Kraftwerk in 1970, one of their first recorded live shows:

This is pretty amazing. It's a little slow starting with the mix being uneven for 'Stratovarius', but when 'Ruckzuck' starts it's pure magic throughout. Seeing all the fresh faced Germans in the crowd smoking, rocking, clapping, staring, and laughing is a nice window to the past.

This guy seems to do some pretty gnarly drawings - similar to those which I would probably spend hours doing/concentrating on as a kid - to go along with his descriptive pieces about certain artists:

      Autechre

      Zomby

      Kraftwerk

Have a nose around on his tumblr, plenty more artists are lovingly rendered (apologies if jazz)
