Orphx deserve so much more love. Seen them live I think twice? Once opening for Paula Temple and once for Adam X? tbh they're everything you want in a contemporary industrial musical act; to wit, they do the sound art side of things (as above in the OP), they do layered abstract sonically rich soundscapes, they do the live technofied thing, they don't flirt with fascist imagery. Semi-local (they're from the Golden Horseshoe, so local enough) musical heroes to be sure.

They're also going to be accompanying Front 242 on the latter's upcoming spring tour.

One of the top live act ive seen.

They come around in MTL very often and its always memorable.

Love the fact that they both do abstract sound experiments like this and banging techno.
