Some of you havent seen princess Kaguya on Netflix; you really should.

So obv spoilers from here on out.

At the very end she's picked by her People which symbolizes the leaving the cu4remy realiyu for a better. one; no matter the struggle no matter those neAtby wield their power nor how much they Love hee destiny is this to leave.

Also the baby on the moon makes perfect sense when you see it the way - the moon is our goddess,. how have always known it ~ now build tthat elevator and utilize it even more! ?

Haven’t seen this yet, but the folk tale it’s based off is quite famous, and Ghibli is always worth a watch. Thanks for the heads up ?

must not be available here in usa.  only results returned are "explore titles related to Princess/Godess of The Moon - Kaguya"  but no actual results for that movie.

Try "The Tale of Princess Kaguya". It's available in Canada, can't imagine they would pass up the US market.

Great movie, one of my favorite from studio ghibli.  hbomax has a ghibli section, it should be still be up there.  I've watched it a few times for some of the animation sequences.  Probably the most beautiful hand-drawn I've seen.
