looks like a match!

i have an apple airport express connected to my receiver (a nad c368). the airport has a digital connection, so d/a is done by my receiver. works fine for me. wouldn't work on a 70s receiver, im afraid.

Sounds like a nice setup :music:

I really want to do this but I have much to learn so anyone currently with a setup please speak up.
I might use this as a transmitter

https://www.amazon.ca/Transmitter-Receiver-Wireless-Bluetooth-Headphone/dp/B09J48ZPD4

and then something fancier as a receiver into my old 70s Marantz stereo

so u want to play music from your computer in your stereo? thread title sounds so complicated that I thought you wanted to stream a computer's mono sound source to stereo?

I play my computer sound trough a minijack-rca but I'm 100% sure that this is not what your asking for...

or probably you want to send from your computer trough Bluetooth to your old stereo amp? sending trough Bluetooth instead of a cable? that's what streaming stands for on this instance?

oh, alright... radio receiver then... you want to send that output to your laptop without any cabling.... gotcha...

so yeah, any thing that as an rca input (to input the stereo receiver output into) and can transform it to digital and then stream it trough bluetooth to devices that you pair with it...
