I reckon it's verging on the edge of being boring but managed to be subtly pretty enough to keep me "entertained" (or whatever it is ambient is supposed to do :P) I'd experiment with textures... sound-wise it's awfully bland. It has a vaguely wintery feel to it... maybe try and push that a bit more or something. I think the second track is my favourite... ambient works best when it's loooong.
