An old topic, but worth asking. Besides the famed SH-101, what gear and software do they use?

minimoog is plasterd over a number of their songs as well but generally i reckon old fx, tape loops and a roland space echo might be in there.

the site has changes since i saw their name listed. it used to have a massive list alphabetically of artists using reaktor, some had interviews, some didnt. BOC were listed, but minus an interview. nowadays only those artists with interviews seem to be listed.

software companies like NI often send freebie copies of their wares to artists, and then publish those artists' names on lists for promotional purposes.

ok, guess that explains it. always thought this was a little strange as BOC often say they way prefer analogue hardware compared to soft synths. at the same time, some of the modulation effects on reaktor synths remind me of BOC tunes at times.

Hi, here's my first post in this BOC Forum.

A BOC kit-list, assembled from interviews (especially the "Emotional Abuse" Interview, Remix Magazine)

-Logic Audio (latest versions only on mac)

-Tascam MSR 16 tape machine

-Revox taperecorder

-old Grundig tapemachine

-Korg M1 synthesizer (strings on "Amo Bishop Roden")

-Akai samplers

As i'm a musician myself and a uuuge BOC fan i posted this in the Native Instruments Reaktor User Library:

http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.php?...mp;patchid=5668

If there are Reaktor users here, have fun with it...!!!

Cheers, Esky
