Got these today, second hand.

Those are ugly as sin. In my opinion anyways..

I would imagine they're for running rather than looking wicked

barnes and noble has a 50% off criterion collection DVDs so I made a killing:

Got them all, 10 DVD/Blu Ray in total, for $121 after coupons, discounts, and bing cashback.

Second hand/charity shop record spree:

Unholy Swill - Tapeworm in my Head 7" (some sort of crust punk)

Kraftwerk - Tour de France 7" (uk version, getting closer and closer to having every version of this track ever)

Waves 3 compilation 7" (some magazine coverdisc from the 80s, with the Sugarcubes, the Wedding Present, Pixies and the Pogues)

Sugar Hill Gang - Rapper's Delight 7" (self-explanatory)

Terry Wogan narrates Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, 12" (childhood favourite)

Mr. Acker Bilk and his Paramount Jazz Band - Stars and Stripes Forever 7" (who doesn't love a Sousa march?)

Peterborough Speedway "The Panthers" - Aces of the Track and Reflections 7" (no idea what this is, haven't listened to it yet but I presume it's members of the local Speedway team talking about what it's like to be a speedway racer)

The antiques centre in my town (I'm back in the Peterborough area for a bit) has a great selection of records, so today I got:

MyBloodyValentine-Loveless.jpg

Obviously I already had this, but not on vinyl. And I also got this slightly obscure rockabilly revival compilation from 1981:

Three teenage (at the time) London rockabilly bands including the Meteors who I really like, although they're playing a toned-down, less psychobilly style! Mine's a different pressing which seems to be from Finland.

The selection of vinyl at this place is unprecedented for a shitty nowhere-town like Deeping, and it's five minutes from my house! There are so many gems in here... damn I need a job.
