Plaid Live + Broadcasts + Interviews

This is one of the most memorable interviews we have published with one of the artists that have had a huge impact, particularly on me for a variety of reasons, which some may find little objective due to their artistic nature, but is fair to express that British duo Plaid stand as one of the strongest pillars of modern electronic music, with a very extensive career that already spans 25 years since the release of their first works, and still as active as it was at the beginning.

It's also in spanish! / También está en español!

Interesting interview. So in summary, they plan to release only one more album via Warp. It's unfortunate that Plaid don't have a fanbase as big as the likes of BOC or Ae - I'm not sure how things would be for them if they go it alone without a big label like Warp behind them. They deserve more attention.

Good interview, but I'm sorry to read that things sound so rough for them.

Oops, missed this thread! Will post interviews in here from now on.

Here's a track-by-track run down of Not for Threes, providing detail for the tracks. I'm often curious as to how they name their stuff as there seems to be a story but we never get to hear it. I like that the image provided for the article looks like they only have a CDR copy of the album.

Nice one man.

Out of interest, does anyone have copies of the album japan bonus tracks I could have, I have never actually gotten around to owning them. Especially carestik. Pretty Please? If they are available anywhere, point me to buy obviously.

Sort of sounds like Plaid songwriting structure with some industrial influence. Has some odd time signatures thrown in there with some solid melody writing. I've been playing this a lot lately.
