yes, of course joyrex. but i'm sure you would prefer some new or old material you haven't heard yet, wouldn't you? and the difference of someone hearing MHTRTC now or with another re-re-re-re-release is marginal. mainly, the only people who would buy it are the ones who already have, just for complete-ism.

My god, you must be as fucking stupid as that cat in your avatar - the main reason for a reissue (like I stated) is for people who hadn't bought it the first time around to get it - Not everyone who already owns it would buy it again (unless there was a really good reason, and even then), in fact, I would dare say that most people who already own it (barring the hardcore fans) would NOT buy it again, even with extras added.

And actually, I'm content on waiting as long as BoC want to take with the new album - when it's ready, it's ready.

sorry, perhaps i wasn't being clear enough. i was trying to state that i dont think anyone who didn't have it already would be more likely to buy it if there was another re-issue, as it is already available on the shelves of record stores around the world (having said this its not in the main HMV in hiroshima last time i checked). and fine about waiting for the new album. how about some old stuff in the meantime? and the cat in my avatar is dead, burned to death by some stupid teenage kid who put him in a hamster cage, put lighter fluid on him and set him alight.

Dear, dear, dear. MHTRTC is already widely available. Anyone who wants it can get it from ebay or amazon. A re-re-re-release would be very pointless. Very, very pointless. And stupid. And pretty dissapointing- akin to REM releasing a greatest hits album.

If people want to own this album they can buy it today.

This is all hypothetical because they wouldn't be dumb enough to re-re-re-release this album (which is already widely available to anyone who wants it) because it would be seen as saying "Hey, we don't have anything else left to give, here, have this album again". It would be lame.

Is that cat in your avatar famous? From a film or something? It looks destinguished. Any links to any info on it? If thats true about it being killed like that I'm saddened.

Simon Reynolds is the best. And this is not my fav BoC LP, but the opening notes of Wildlife Analysis really lay it all out. Class act.

Also, really remarkable how the colour of an album sleeve impresses upon the sound of the LP. I just hear turquoise/teal throughout this whole record!
