Anyone else having trouble downloading from Bleep?

So this morning I bought the rights to download the flac version of the Quarisitice.Quadrange ep and downloaded the first 12 tracks. When I got home from work I was totally chomping at the bit for number 13 and, of course, tried to download it. Bleep kept saying that the file was 0.00mb in size and wouldn't let me download it. Finally, I tried again recently to download it as a zip file and it looked like it was working, but all I got was the images for each track. Now it says that track 13 has been downloaded and it won't let me try again, even though I never got the track in the first place! I AM SO PISSED!!!

Now, I understand if this is just a glitch and Bleep/Warp get this corrected, especially since I've never had any problems with Bleep before, but I think it's understandable that I'm a bit upset at this moment! Has anyone else had similar problems getting the tracks?

I've had the same problem as you except I haven't tried downloading the zip (I was afraid of what happened to you).

Hopefully, come Monday, there will be a flurry of e-mails apologizing, giving us our proper links, and maybe some freebees. How about the Japanese Quaristice bonus track? Huh, huh? Come on Warp, you know you owe us now!

I've been able to download the 13 flac files, but not the 14th item: the bonus zip file with the artwork.

Is that even available yet?! It's still in gray over here...

Downloaded it fine yesterday. Checked bleep today and it said "Orders awaiting download" so I thought it must be the covers. When I click on downloads there's nothing to download just all the tracks!?

Bad enough that track 13 is an hour long ambient fart--much less going to all this trouble to get it. I would push Warp/Bleep for a full refund based on poor product.

extra! extra! read all about it: man trying to get money back based on personal taste!

While I do have to agree the complete package isn't that mind boggling I can honestly say I've happily paid €13.50 for the tracks: perlence subrange 3, notwotwo, 9010171-121, tkakanren and 90101-51-19. These tracks alone make the purchase worthy.

It's also fun to make a personal Quaristice playlist now with exactly the versions you prefer. Only thing that lacks is a rework of simmm based on the epic melody.

I had the exact same problems. Downloading the artwork after a failed attempt at getting track 13 means that the site thinks you already got track 13 ...

Waiting on Bleep response.

Hmm, how could you download the artwork zip file? It's still greyed out over here.

I gave me the artwork but never made it clear that's what I was getting. To be honest, I could care less about the artwork after having seen it. I just want number 13 in flac!

my brother got the artwork fine, but gave him that problem with the track. we swapped; he gave me a copy of the artwork, i gave him a copy of the flac file of track 13, so that worked out.

Gonna be Monday at the earliest probably. If people really want to hear the majority of the track in the meantime, Futureimage at XLT has done a

Perlece Megamix with this at the end.

i'm having the same problems - got the first 8 tracks, the remainder are showing as 0.00Mb...

There's nothing showing about artwork though - does this appear under a track name or something?

Just downloaded the last of the tracks in FLAC format... but where's the artwork? Can't find it anywhere, & of course it can't be embedded within FLAC files - so where is it? Help please :undecided:

The artwork seemed only to be available if you downloaded the last zipped file. I noticed as I was downloading the individual files (not zipped) that the zipped option vanished once the download completed. So when it came to the last file, and seeing how the artwork was listed as track 14 but not downloadable, I downloaded the zip in case the art was in there, and the single file, both at the same time. The zip did have the artwork in.

I guess if you didn't do it that way, you're screwed. You could email the bleepeople.

edit: you're not missing much anyway. it's pretty crap

Damn, for some reason i opted for downloading individually this morning!

Any chance you could email me the artwork?

Problem solved - for some reason both FireFox & IE have not been co-operating with Bleep lately, opening new tabs, etc., which is why i opted for single track downloads. The advantage of that has been that it didn't tell Bleep that i'd downloaded them, so i was able to do it again - this time using Safari - & went for the zipped option, which downloaded straight away. So i have the artwork :ok:

Was it all worth it? Hmm...
