Superb! Fantastic! Can't wait for the DVD link!

If you are a Tri Repetae fan I would love to see _anything_ from that album interpreted visually..

hello . I think your work is amazing Lucio , I love Plyphon.

I also like the Aria from the Goldberg ...

I wanted to ask if your inspiration for creating visual design is based upon a need to realise 'hits' or definite sound 'events'. Because in the Bach video, you realise every note heard through a physical representation.

I only mention it because in that kind of music I try not to hear individual notes, but notes as part of a bigger gesture, a musical phrase. But I still love your work, just was curious about how you feel about these musical 'spikes' upon which you organise your design.

I think it's brilliant for the Autechre, such irregularity is what makes their music so gripping ... and your representations show where the spikes are coming from, and where they are going to - but the sense of foreground and background is expertly realised - it's brilliant.

I wonder what you'd make of the task of more modernist music, in different styles.

What about this Xenakis piece for example, which is so heavily texture based

Thanks! (also i wonder where you are in Italy!)

It's a great video but I don't think the music makes less sense without the video. I don't feel the need for visuals to all the stuff they've done. It's nice but hmm, I'd rather have those tour soundboards ;)

I stumbled upon lucio's plyPhon vid on vimeo 2 weeks ago,

i've been showing it to anyone i know who likes electronic music.

LOVE IT.

btw- this is the kind of thing I want to do with my life.

I'm in a "Digital Design" program at Pratt in New York City, we're doing After Effects right now, but next year is all video/3d. Perhaps i'll make some Ae vids

Lucio Arese updated the quality of the video. Now it's in 4K!

Sweet to see this updated.

(How long before this goes into the twitch stream wood cutter?)
