Breaks In Ableton

I'm having problems getting my breaks to render when I use Ableton (6.0.1). For some reason it'll render the rest of the song. I've tried a solo render on the track and all I got was a square wave that clicks off at the same point the breaks stop in the arrangement. ?.

I think I may just go back to using Acid but the Beatmapper is a bit knacky in comparison.

hmmm very strange.... try creating a new track and record the break from the, i guess we'll call it broken track, to the new track then rendering from the new track.

Hmm this is most perplexing.. I've consolidated the sample onto a new track (B) and muted the old track (A). Rendered the DSP's on B and then resampled on B. On rendering it still doesn't seem to want to work (square wave click deliciousness). I can only get it to work when I save a copy of the file with A deleted. ?. Ableton as much as I love it is being a bit of a c()nt this week. Having a some weird glitches appearing in other tracksc after rendering, got some exams in the next few weeks so this will need to wait. Cheers tho goffer.

SUCCESS. Ableton doesn't like my copy of the Ohmicide distortion plugin I used on a return track. Don't why because it work fine in Acid. Back to the breaks for me. Yip!
