Apparently one of my coworkers is having a work anniversary (which is a weird thing to celebrate...have slaves ever celebrated their arrival in servitude?), so I skipped the green tea and went straight to chardonnay. Now I'm on bourbon.

IPA in a can and some "healthy" and somehow tastier version of chee-tos.

I need to get back on keto soon, I'm getting so fat.

Keto works for me, I was about 15lbs heavier than usual when we were in Vancouver actually. Not only do I lose weight but I find I have more energy on a lower carb diet.

Yep, agree. It's just tough to get into the rhythm.

That's the thing. I go into kind of like carb withdrawal for the first few days, maybe up to a week?. Crave carbs or calories big time.

Coopers Sparkling Ale (legendary bottled beer from Australia, they sell it in posh Waitrose in Windsor)

There's an almond magnum icecream in the freezer with my name on it.....

I should be going to a Squarepusher gig in London but I'm posting on this fucking thread. Arrgghhh. Total fucking bollocking bollocks.

Just made a huge batch of veg curry for work lunch this week.

Potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and garlic.

Simmered for about 40mins in a jar of Co-op Tikka Masala sauce given to me in the street (I think The Co-op was doing some promotion thing)
