not much to post about other than what's in the topic title. this was posted on planet mu site yesterday.

Lots of new exciting things towards the end of the year as well. Luke Vibert - We Hear You, New Landstrumm and Boxcutter mini-albums. Another Brackles 12", a new Falty DL ep and a really special compilation will also be announced soon featuring Darkstar, Hudmo, Gemmy, Hyetal, Mike Slott, Rustie, Mark Pritchard and many many more...

What kinda music does he do these days?

I'm only familiar with his '95/'96 works as Wagon Christ and Plug.

pretty much the same

wow, awesome

no news on the ceephax though :(

wonder what sound it will be. liked rhythm, doesnt have the replayability like his other stuff though IMO.

bring back wagon christ!

Hoping this will be more solid than Chicago, Redruth, Detroit and Rhythm, they're ok but they don't match up to some of his previous releases. Always excited for fresh Vibert though!

i'm not too big into the rhythm releases. the last planet mu was pretty big but i had forgotten about it so i guess it's not THAT good, the majority of those tracks are pretty good

yeah a wagon christ release would be awesome

I can't really figure out why I don't like his new stuff, but its just different. I just can't pinpoint exactly how. Maybe more robotic? I really do like the samples here though, better than CDR.

Sounds like he's digging out those old hip hop samples he used on Throbbing Pouch again! I think lukes music is way to digital sounding these days. Big Soup and Drum and bass for p.a.p.a sounded so organic and classic.
