Favorite (vegetarian) toppings :

- jalapeños & mushrooms (sometimes with pineapple).  

- I’ve recently had giardiniera (if you don’t know it, discover it) on za at a few spots in LA. As a former Chicagoan, I’m surprised I’ve never had it in the chi. It’s really good on deep dish. Haven’t had it on thin crust yet but I bet it’s great.

- A fried egg on whatever pizza you have is an improvement.

I just ate one and a half quesadillas.  Between the thin crust, the melted cheese, and the tomato from the salsa, it was arguably pizza.
