Still ... I'd be curious.

At least part of the appeal of a good pizza is being prepared in a good oven. For the rest it's just dough, tomato sauce and one or two toppings.

Maybe Dr Autechre is really good when baked at 500 degrees C? Who knows?

I have tried it, and it's pretty good. I mean, the pizza itself is terrible no matter what, but the crust turns out ok, but of course it doesn't get as airy as a regular neapolitan-ish pizza made from scratch.

I sparked up a Trader Joe’s $3 pizza with andouille chicken sausage, fried tater tots, sharp white cheddar cheese, and onion aioli. It was a serious stoner wet dream gut bomb.

Yup! My friend added some DOP prosciutto to his slices after it came out. When you do that the prosciutto basically melts.
