making youtube videos

I have been meaning to ask this question for soooooo long.

 

A lot of Youtube videos that you see are tutorials on how to use certain things on the pc and so the person making the video has an application that can capture whatever is on there screen.

 

so my question is what is the name of that program? ...because I would like to start sharing FL Studio tutorials on my youtube account.

its the easiest thing to do, just use windows media encoder its in vista or xp,
