So i grabbed one, chopped it, cooked it like was potatoes(patates sautées as we say here). It has quite an epic taste, very like potatoe but different from other pumpkins based dishes i know. My next try is to make french fries of course. edit : So you fuckkers'd better eat them. Don't you think about starving african children ? shhh You know you can make a nice treat if you boil some cut up pumpkin and toss in some blocks of sugarcane candy. Good stuff.
