I've heard The Tuss and there's no going back. Richard really needs to come out swinging to get to my ears first these days! Some old analogue tracks from god knows when (<2005) that are inferior to music he released 15 years ago doesn't excite me anymore. So while I like the new tracks, all I can be is dissapointed.. All-in-all the Analords and The Tuss seems slightly hit and miss to me, I hope if ever the new Aphex Twin album surfaces on Warp it will not be in the same vein as Analord or Tuss. Possibly a conversion back into this old type of Genre will perfect AFX in his journey I've eyewitnessed in the two decades I've seen. I would definately like to hear what Aphex Twin recommends to listen these tracks on because I would insist a Rotel 5 channel amplifier would do the job.
