Also, how do you find it in the iTunes store? (I have an iTunes voucher which I am struggling to use, so I'll try the a digital one before investing in the whole phsyical series).

To be honest I have no idea - I don't use iTunes.

The label gets the same (tiny) cut from digital sales no matter where they are: the cheapest to buy is from Amazon, though I would always recommend paying a few extra pence and going with one of the independents that still also stock physical products: Juno, Bleep, Boomkat etc - support your local (online) record shop!

I'm one of these peoplethat doesn't like paying for music unless I'm getting the phsyical thing (which I do quite often). Hence trying to use iTunes voucher (which doesn't feel like paying :p)

I searched "Balkan Colour Series" and "Balkan [x colour]" but couldn't find anything :/

is it possible it's only available in some countries?

Not sure. Depends on how they deal with the metadata. perhaps search by artist name?

Cheers, that worked :). It has the album name as the colour of the release; I.e. Instead of "Balkan Red" it's just "Red"

I guess I'll just roll a dice to pick which one to get.

bought the plaid track directly on the iphone its ok but not extraordinary. still great to have new tunes.

i think it's really good and quite extraordinary. :)

listen to it on repeat for a while. it's full of real subtle Plaid beauty, like a lot of their tracks.

they don't often grab you immediately and might sound kinda (deceptively) simple, but when you listen a few times you start to hear

all the other intricate stuff that's going on underneath aswell!

drums are hard as hell and quite Dub Steppy-like. melody is sweet but strong. love the arpegies towards the end, too. :)

another stunning piece of Plaid genius really, imo.
