I wouldn't think so from the music, as it's way too simple and there's not a million other things going on. But the way the samples are handled sounds just like ol' Jack (to me). I definitely heard it before, i probably even have it somewhere. I asked a friend that works at that radio station and he asked people that were in charge of music selection that day. It turned out the sound engineer put on a random track between two shows and he doesn't remember what it was either. Then that friend managed to pull the recording from the radio archive, so at least i have it now.
