And Ottawa only had 4 bike docking stations for the entire city. So you have to walk several kilometers from your house to the bike, and then you can only ride to one of 3 other destinations, then walk from there to where you're really going. Useless and overpriced. The bus only costs $2.50, and there are stops every 250m.
