But I listen all day so I tend to keep up, just don't give stuff as much attention as I should. Not to say that I play something once and move on, that's not the case. I leave stuff on my 8GB iPod long enough to give it 3 or more spins before taking it out of rotation (unless it's AWESOME then it'll stay longer). Of course if something sucks or I don't see myself listening to it for a while, I might take it out of rotation after 1 play. I downloaded 10 albums just today actually. I could figure out the stuff I like most, follow the branches of influence, genre, similarity and association to find a whole heap of EPs and albums I might enjoy, listen to them each once, and then immediately delete what I don't like. awepittance Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 i used to hoard stuff now i just enjoy stuff. i have a few friends who dove head first into the digital hoarding phenomena, one of them has a whole new spindle every month of mame roms, movies, tv shows, ps3 game rips. He ends up actually only trying out/using/playing 5-10% of them.
