Post some if you know of any. Also looking for any blogs/websites that'd be a great resource for keeping up with this style.

Sorry, but how is this considered DNB?

It's more just the tempo bracket really innit, tracks will sit quite nicely in a drum & bass set. Anyway, there's loads of different styles of D&B

Some of stuff on these labels can kill the dancefloor off I think, but there's a time and a place for every track.

This track is BAD

Yeah, Instra:Mental are truly pioneers. I'm absolutely in love with this sound right now. I'm doing a DJ set in an abandoned church in December of all this genre. Working on producing some of it myself, as well.

Where would that be then?

You are nuts! This track is better than most music period. Instra:mental indeed own!

kind of reminds me of Autechre's old stuff where they were toying with drum and bass rhythms, i like it, very retro feeling. at first when i saw the post subject i thought it said 'automatic' and i fantasized about an entire genre of drum and bass based on generative music making techniques.

*elite coding*

i like this stuff as well kind of sounds like what would happen if clicks and cuts merged with drum and bass

My whole feeling towards the 'autonomic' sound is very meh. I mostly find it very uninteresting and boring. I just don't get it. it's so far removed from what I like about drum and bass that I just cannot consider it to be drum and bass. that said though, I do very much like the track Tramma by instrumental... is this track considered to be part of the autonomic thing? If so, there is yet more that I just don't get.
