Basically each file contains something that looks like this: The whole synth is basically recreated in the environment with all the CC#s and stuff set there. It's cool as you can basically program the synth from inside Logic, and save presets there. When you open the doc you can set it to 'send all fader values' which will basically pump out a big sysex stream, resetting your synth for that track. I've had them for a while, but haven't gotten too deep into it. I plan to though.
