I feel as if certain parts of the song hint to greater potentials if that makes sense but you didn't quite exploit them. Mainly one sound I didn't really enjoy but still sounded interesting and thats what you did with the first melody at the beginning that permeates through out the song. If I were to personally rate this I'd give it a 4/10 almost 5/10 on my scale of would I play this song again and did I like it. 10 would mean I can't stop listening 5 would mean I might give it a listen again tomorrow 1/10 being I'm not touching that song again.
