Seemed a lot of style over substance to me, only watched it once years ago, but I dont think i'll go back and see if I was wrong.

I still need to watch First Contact, watched them all except that one, dont know why I havent got round to it, everyone loves the Borg.

quite the opposite, in my opinion. the movies never rely on a huge amount of special effects or crazy things in your face but are focused on the story and intertwinings of events.. it requires imagination, i guess is what i mean (not that you don't have it).

goes into philosophical shit way more than "friends" does while still being zippy enough to show up on cable tv.

i saw the original movie as a wee lad, and it freaked the shit out of me!! i wager some nightmares i had as a kid came from the cloud and replacement robot chick.

 

it was a trip to go back years later and which it again (on drugs).
