Personally i think they are all pretty piss poor, when my old dear rocks Demanufacture it's pretty good but apart from that have not heard any other good tunes bleeding through the speakers... I don't really remember Archetype or Transgression, but I do remember being surprised by how good the songs were on one of those albums, maybe Archetype, as Transgression seemed to be a bit of a rushed album. When Dino returned for Mechanize I had to have a listen; it's a great album imo, especially with Gene Hoglan on drums. Also a fkn guitar solo! The Industrialist was alright, but again, I don't really remember any songs from it. Genexus, to me, feels like a return to Obsolete-level blend of melody and heaviness; lots of great FF hooks, which is basically why I love them: Then again, you probably can't trust my opinion because I'm a lame weirdo who often loves albums that other people hate (cf. 90s Metallica) :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
