Yek, maybe you could redo the video for him. I feel that the project deserves attention if it's appropriately advertised in a way that deserves attention. I felt too bored and uninspired to even remember, 6 hours later, what he was talking about or why he wants my money.

Still bored. He told a joke about digesting beef jerky and peanuts and offered to make me dehydrated chili if I gave him enough money. And given the splendor that is Washington State, his photographs are nothing worth raising $10,500 for. He also said this project is very important because he'd like to be in the art museum he went to as a kid. :squarepusher: His vocal quality is that of a dead lambchop for a heart and he's a brat for wanting money from strangers for his primarily selfish art project.

His work pales in contrast to the first line of google images via "beautiful washington state."

Which serves its function of course. There is no magnificence without pawnery.

Okay, so those are my impressions from how he has this whole thing set up. It has very little to nothing to do with his work, his worth, your worth, his wife's worth, washington, nature, art museums, childhood dreams etc. It just wasn't effective. I think he'd make slightly more bank if someone with some skills and a taste for emotions and aesthetics made his webpage/advertisement for him. He should also extend his deadline to infinity and beyond.

i beg to differ, he's very talented and is trying hard to make money on the side by selling his photography

if you can not see creativity in his photos then that's fine but you don' have to be trollish about it. this thread is done.
