I liked it up until 1:48. It kinda threw me off when it peaked

Thanx for the honesty.Apreciate it Squee.

If I may ask;How would you have done it or what did you expect at that point. just without the peak?...or more like a slow evolution...

Let me know if you have the time.

I hesitated to add a rhytmic bassline after a while...but I thought the brightness of the highpitched melodies went great with this wintertime...

I really like the build up. It reminds me of something straight out of Hobby Industries (Thomas Knak's record label) which is right up my alley.

The peak should definitely be there but instead of adding more stuff I would probably have added a heavier kick and snare on top of what you've already got so it gets a heavier sound (I like contrasts so a heavy and deep beat would compliment the melodies and glitches - at least in my ears :) ). I would probably start fooling around with some delays and reverbs on busses on the snare hit to create depth and a spacey atmosphere. Also I would remove the fast paced glitchy tone and added a deep bass (maybe a slooow bassline) to make it sound less hectic.

It's weird because I bet I would probably have made it sound slower (even though it would be the same bpm) but I guess that's because I'm a dubby-kinda-guy :)

But the production is top notch. Very crisp sound! :)

Cool,apreciate the feedback mate.

I guess the result is what I wanted to hear at the time I made the track.

(For this one I wanted to keep the whole thing simple,I often do make tracks where its much more diverce.

Got some older melodic drill'n bass/IDM releases which often include storytelling-like tunes, but doing that, people will allways like a certain part better, which makes that they dislike certain other parts...And so on...)

Anyway,Ill check out Hobby Industries, sounds promissing, didnt heard of it yet.

Happy...festivities!

I love it. I definitely expected it to 'do more,' like to build up more or peak again at 3:06, but I like it a lot, man. Your production is top notch, and the synths, beats and glitches work well together.
